Victorian retrofit - work in progress!

 The flat is two floors of a large Victorian terrace, stacked down the hill and upside down Plymouth fashion. It was in a poor state when I took it on, but had a wonderful large garden. I decided to build in as much energy efficiency as I could during the renovation, as well as re-use and eco materials, which also reduce the footprint of the works. It is not aiming for Passivhaus standard, just as good as possible, within the constraints of DIY and limited budget. There will be a photo display of different stages of the works and I will be available to discuss and demonstrate.
